Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Business Development (IT Solutions & Services) supports business growth through client engagement, opportunity development, and strategic sales execution. The role identifies new prospects, manages key accounts, and collaborates with technical and marketing teams to promote cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Market Expansion

    • Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, corporate, and public sectors.

    • Research market trends and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with targets.

  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and ensure client satisfaction.

  3. Solution Positioning & Proposal Development

    • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions.

    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses for cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed services.

  4. Sales Coordination & Process Management

    • Support the Manager in achieving sales goals and executing business strategies.

    • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and events; maintain CRM accuracy.

  5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts; analyze pipeline and conversion metrics.
