Responsibilities & Context:

Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and strengthen the company’s brand identity.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual guidelines across all platforms.
  • Monitor brand performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer preferences, and analyze competitors.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans, including digital, content, and traditional marketing initiatives.

Digital and Social Media Marketing:

  • Drive the company’s digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and implement strategies to optimize online presence.
  • Oversee content creation to ensure high-quality and engaging materials that reflect the brand’s voice.
  • Event and Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure the successful launch of new products or services.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI optimization.
  • Prepare periodic budget performance reports for senior management review.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders for continuous improvement.
