Bachelor of Science (BSC)/Master of Science (MSC) in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry

Minimum 7 years experience in lab operations

Awareness training of ISO 17025

Test method technical training

Training on method Validation/Verification

• Oversee the overall functioning of laboratory operations with respect to technical aspects.

• Manage and improve margin performance for analytical lab operations.

• Organize and monitor training, quality checks, and proficiency testing.

• Follow up and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions from internal audits and correlation exercises, maintaining target timelines.

• Manage and develop the laboratory team to ensure timely testing and customer satisfaction.

• Properly utilize manpower, instruments, equipment, consumables, inventory, and manage the supply chain efficiently.
