Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to manage administrative work
∎ Developing, Improving and Maintaining administrative system policy and procedure
∎ Collecting, Organizing and Storing information using filing systems
∎ Overseeing special projects & constantly tracking the progress
∎ Follow up every task assigned and ensure smooth finishing
∎ Maintain liaison and coordination with all relevant stakeholders for ensuring support and smooth functioning of the relevant areas of operation
∎ Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and system
∎ Incumbent must have the mentality to travel
∎ To have a positive attitude towards continued learning & development.
