Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution of strategic and tactical Admin matters. Provide operational guidance on all aspects of Admin services.
∎ Lead the Admin team that administers office facilities, transport, office services and time & attendance.
∎ Management of vendor services i.e. , cleaning services, transport services & security services.
∎ Management of ID Card, t-shirt, Diary, Calendar, Visiting Card, Letter head, Gate pass, medical book, Service Book, Sim, Laptop, Bank Card, and account of employees etc.
∎ Management of office consumables and stationery in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Arrangement of employee engagement events and functions based on annual event plan and approved budget.
∎ Lead cost efficiency initiatives from Admin aspect.
∎ Coordinate between the external agencies and internal stakeholders (HO & Plant team, etc.) to support in the mobility of our people and goods during crisis or emergency situations.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with the relevant professional bodies and industry networks.
∎ Negotiate and administer the Company's administrative issues with Govt. offices, Local bodies, and any other important 3rd parties.
∎ To ensure safety, security & protocol of the company, its properties and personnel and control pilferage and wastage of all nature in co-ordination with the concerned factory head.
∎ Plan and execute detailed programs for foreign / local delegates / Buyers visiting the company.
∎ Implementation security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees, and visitors.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Check recommend & approved (as applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Adequate knowledge on updated BEPZA law and regulation and Labour Law, VAT and TAX.
∎ Admin best practices.
∎ People oriented and results driven.
∎ Proactive Approach and people person.
∎ Interpersonal Communication and Negotiation skills.
∎ Fluency in English Language.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS-Office
