IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication, E-commerce, Investment/Merchant Banking, Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform platform configuration analysis and management
∎ Perform Business requirement analysis and technical implementation
∎ Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines.
∎ Develop and maintain configuration policies and procedures.
∎ Platform product feature exploration
∎ Troubleshooting and vendor escalation & Quality assurance
∎ 24/7 support for operational and maintenance activity
∎ Communication and coordination with Global and local vendors/partners.
∎ Provide system integrations support
∎ Be the key team member for critical projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on product and feature analyzing, configuration and management
∎ Expertise on Business requirement analysis and technical implementation
∎ Charging and Billing configuration and troubleshooting
∎ API integration experience with Restful web service and Soap web service and Sync and Async API interface modality
∎ Application support experience with Java, node js, Apache, Tomcat, glassfish
∎ Database: Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, MariaDB
∎ OS: Solaris, Linux, Windows server
∎ Scripting experience with Java script, Python, Bash
∎ Expert with tools as java decompiler, postman, Soap ui etc.
∎ Knowledge on encryptions/decryptions algorithm
∎ Experience on operational support and QA.
