IT Enabled Service, Investment/Merchant Banking, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and capture the requirements of the product or solution in close collaboration with your stakeholders.
∎ Write functional requirements using use case specifications, user stories, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and acceptance criteria, etc.
∎ Support and work closely with the product owners for multiple initiatives
∎ Translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed requirements
∎ Define an appropriate method to conduct business analyst activities
∎ Plan an approach to maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Plan approval process based on what has been developed by others
∎ Independently identify and develop performance improvement plans for simple and challenges with guidance, execute the improvement plans developed by others
∎ Provide relevant information to stakeholders in timely manner
∎ To understand the reason for the change and what will be impacted by the change
∎ To determine the set of necessary conditions to meet the business needs
∎ Perform some, but not all, tasks required to avoid or mitigate negative consequences while transitioning to the future state and follow recommended courses of action provided by others
∎ Independently perform some, but not all, tasks required to develop and assess alternative approaches to change

∎ Extremely Strong communication skills – able to communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner
∎ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems
∎ Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy
∎ Self-Starting - take independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires
∎ Time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
∎ Hands-on mentality, self-starter, ability to work with deadlines
∎ Ability to take high-level requirements and create specific and meaningful requirements
∎ Ability to effectively break down requirements and translate to appropriate-sized epics and user stories
∎ Ability to work independently and achieve results
∎ Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems
∎ Developed previous Business Analysis artifacts, (Workflow, Requirements Specifications, Test Scripts, etc.) that can be shared during the interview process
∎ Must have some experience with managing projects and/or organizational change management initiatives
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Visio, Wireframing, Requirement Management Tools
∎ Previous work experience in a corporate setting preferred
∎ A history of leading and supporting successful projects
∎ Awareness of key software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM etc.) – preferred but not mandatory
∎ Attention to details
∎ Results-oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance
∎ Strong customer relationship skills
∎ Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
∎ Ability to multitask
∎ Have good interpersonal skills.
