Job Context:
∎ IHI-SMCC JV, a Joint Venture of two Japanese Multinational Companies for the Construction of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Railway Bridge WD-2, a Project of The Bangladesh Railway Department (BR) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), is currently seeking candidates for the following post.
∎ Regular work time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Saturday- Thursday).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation, maintenance & troubleshooting Company's LAN.
∎ Ensure the connectivity of end users with the Company's Global Network.
∎ Software & Hardware Troubleshooting of End Users' PC.
∎ Troubleshooting of Access issues at NAS server.
∎ Installation and troubleshooting of Printers to end Users' PC.
∎ Prepare Laptops for new users.
∎ Implement Company's IT Security Policy.
∎ User assignment at Access Control Management Software.
∎ Ensures internet connectivity for Company's all sites and official accommodation.
∎ Communicates with vendors and service providers.
∎ Other duties as assigned by Superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Mikrotik router is required.
∎ Experience in Network Attached Storage (NAS) will get preference.
∎ Knowledge of Windows Active Directory will be an asset.
∎ The skill of Preparing reports in Microsoft Excel is required.
∎ keening to learn new skills in IT will be expectable.
∎ You must have the mindset to work beyond a working hour if necessary.
∎ The ability to work under pressure is a must.
∎ Understanding organizational behavior is necessary.
∎ Good moral character, careful, honest.
