Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to develop, control, monitor, analyze and report on every aspect of planning activities.
∎ Establish and monitor a cost and resource loaded, logic linked baseline schedule.
∎ Work with all project teams and subcontractors to gather information for all ongoing and upcoming activities and ensure that this information reflected to schedule.
∎ Provide regular updates to the programme to allow project staff to plan their works.
∎ Must be able identify and analyze the critical paths of the project and be able prepare comprehensive narrative report for critical path analysis.
∎ Knowledge on Delay Analysis Methods and experience on preparation of EOT Claims is required.
∎ Knowledge on monitoring, controlling, and analyzing the project programme and cost information using Earned Value methodologies is preferred.
∎ Integrate 3rd party schedules and data into the overall project plan.
∎ Contribute to progress meetings, as required, in support of the Project Control Manager.
∎ Contribute to Lessons Learnt process throughout the project lifecycle
∎ Other duties as assigned by Project Control Manager.
