Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction site, Health and Safety, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corresponding with Consultants, Owners, and Subcontractors of different Subjects.
∎ Prepare all Health, Safety & Environment related submissions & reply letters to a consultant.
∎ Prepare Safety Monthly Report and collect all documents for the monthly report from the site.
∎ Collect and Prepare PTW (Permit to Work) register.
∎ Prepare PowerPoint Presentations for Safety Committee Meetings, Safety Training & Others.
∎ Leave management for HSE department staff and keep records and maintain a register.
∎ Prepare Holiday/Friday Approval for HSE department staff
∎ Collect, Calculation, and Prepare Daily and Monthly Manpower Record sheets for safety Statistic Reports.
∎ Check and Handling Department Time Sheet.
∎ Warning Letter Register to Maintain and keep filling.
∎ Prepare Monthly Training Matrix and distribute Site Safety Officers & Trainers.
∎ Prepare Safety Monthly Inspection Calendar.
∎ Collect and keep records of all training program documents.
∎ Prepare and keep records of all Incidents & accidents at the site.
∎ Prepare Incident/Accident report in JICA format.
∎ Filling and keeping all documentation both hard and electronic copies.
∎ Maintain Incoming & Outgoing HSE department Letter Correspondence Register.
∎ Maintain confidentiality when required for any documents.
∎ Maintain filling system and set up, copy, scan & also stored documents.
∎ Handling materials request site for HSE Department for providing sites such as Induction Sticker, Work at Height Sticker, Safety First Sticker, IHI-SMCC JV Logo Sticker, and So on.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
∎ Data organization skills.
∎ Proficient typing and editing skills.
∎ Drafting various types of letters.
∎ Smooth communication with the concerned person & subcontractor.
∎ Strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Good moral character, careful, honest.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Regular work time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Saturday- Thursday).
∎ Food and accommodation are provided by the company.
∎ Others: As per company policy.
