Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js. Ensure the application is intuitive and capable of handling high-resolution images efficiently.

2. Backend Support & Scripting: Utilize Python to support backend functionalities, write scripts for image processing tasks, and manage data flow from the IoT system to the web application.

3. Image Annotation Implementation: Develop features that allow for precise annotation on images captured by our IoT devices. Implement logic to highlight, tag, and categorize visual data within the browser.

4. IoT Data Integration: Work closely with the hardware team to ingest and display images streamed from our IoT devices, ensuring data integrity and low latency.

5. User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and create user documentation/manuals to guide end-users on how to effectively use the image processing and annotation tools.

6. Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software engineering.

3. Frontend Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js and core JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

4. Backend Skills: Working knowledge of Python. Familiarity with Python libraries related to image processing (such as OpenCV or PIL) is a strong plus.

5. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect frontend interfaces with backend services.

6. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conducting user training sessions and writing technical documentation.
