∎ Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Maintain HR documents and ensure smooth communication between departments.
∎ Help organize HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
∎ Assist in recruitment-related communications and onboarding processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
