∎ Work Station: Shalgaria, Pabna
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure all kinds of new Computer hardware.
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of all kind of desktop computers, printers, plotters, scanners, laptops and notebooks.
∎ Installing/Reinstalling/Configuring operating system and other necessary application software
∎ Troubleshooting network problems, software problems and performance issues including e-mail/Internet systems.
∎ Configure mail account for users.
∎ Provide support for IP telephonic system, Biometric system, Video conference and Tele conference system, CCTV system
∎ Attend complain of users and solve their problem physically, over phone, VNC and Team Viewer.
∎ Emergency Data backup & restore.
∎ Responsible for repairing all type of Printer, Scanner and UPS.
∎ Keep a log for all activities in repair and maintenance work through Task management software and IT Help Desk Ticketing system software
