• Strong knowledge of Software Testing and Test Automation.

• Strong knowledge of conducting business UAT.

• Sound knowledge of business UAT related processes, frameworks and governance model.

• Sound knowledge of SDLC and STLC.Hands-on experience in Streaming platform.

• Clear understanding of OTT ecosystem, SelfCare App, SFA, Retail App, Billing, CRM etc.

• Clear concept on different streaming and other communication protocols.

• Experience in testing EPG, VOD, TVOD, SVOD and AVOD, Video and Audio quality.

• Experience with a variety of testing tools and techniques.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent understanding capability of business need from diverse business domains.

• Proficient in using testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Burp Suite

• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in CI/CD methodology and tools such as Jenkins.

• Sound knowledge in SQL.

• Hands-on experience with software development will be a plus.

• A strong sense of integrity, commitment, and good governance.

• Hands on experience on software security testing.

• Develop a comprehensive UAT plan that outlines the scope, objectives and deliverables.

• Facilitate business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the solution functions as expected and meets business requirements.

• Execute test cases, identify the gaps and report defects during testing.

• Working with all relevant cross functional teams for successful project delivery.

• Developing and implementing testing standards and procedures.

• Reporting test progress and roadmap to management.

• Improve testing process aligning industry standard and best practices.

• Responsible for ensuring security of software by guiding security test plans, security test cases, recommend security improvements.
