∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), textile ( weaving )
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overall dyeing operation of the company in terms of planning, production, lab work and quality.
∎ Ensure that chemicals dyes and auxiliaries are tested and passed before issuance for bulk consumption.
∎ To ensure obtaining maximum efficiency of machine & manpower.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Ensure that all required performance standard of all the fabric which conforms to the required procedure by individual customer.
∎ To ensure to target production that all the productions are done with quality.
∎ Review all the physical test report and advice the production department to process if any batches failed.
∎ Dyed fabric's shade matching to buyer's standard shade.
∎ Candidate should have adequate knowledge dyeing and ensure that the entire fabric Dyeing process is going good following SOP's
∎ Candidate should have working experience any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize fabric dyeing cost & process loss
∎ Instruct team that which chemical dye formula/process be appropriate to create the right color
∎ Monitor in preparing necessary receipt for production and obtain lab-dip approval for meeting with buyer's requirements and standard in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule and work load as per monthly target.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Follow-up on Developments Samples and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, Machine & Material to yield higher productivity.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
