Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing a branch and sales related to machinery industries (e.g. CNC, plastic injection molding, heavy equipment, industrial supply).
- Having technical sales experience is must.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and secure new business.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities with sound technical knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
Responsibilities & Context:
We are a foreign-owned company specialized in machinery, seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join us as Assistant General Manager, based in Dhaka.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s operations, driving business growth, and ensuring sustainable financial performance. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with proven leadership capabilities and strong business acumen.
This is a full-time position. Remuneration package includes basic pay, commission and yearly incentive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction in managing the Company’s day-to-day operations.
- Formulate, implement, and execute effective business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Plan, manage, and monitor sales activities to meet defined revenue and profitability targets.
- Deliver product solutions and recommendations that strengthen customer relationships and market positioning.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Develop revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and P&L projections to meet financial targets.
