∎ B.Sc in IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

IE, LEAN Manufacturing, Process Excellence, Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train-up production management on IE concept;
∎ Set-up SMV calculation procedure and introduce SMV based production system;
∎ Set up time base production management;
∎ Ensure factory lay-out modification to reduce excess machine & operation;
∎ Set up line lay-out (paper lay-out) procedure to reduce change over time;
∎ Ensure manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower & production cost;
∎ Ensure helper reduction to utilize operator properly and reduce production cost.
∎ Set up line balancing procedure for equal work distribution and production improvement;
∎ Improve productivity through efficient use of available resources;
∎ Maintain machine balance of the factory which reduces excess rented machine;
∎ Control rented machine from out source to reduce excess production cost by inter factory machine transfer;
∎ Ensure Embroidery factory lay-out to reduce excess movement which will save time and increase productivity.
∎ Ensure printing factory lay-out to control excess operating time & increase production.
∎ Ensure New lay-out set-up running finishing in order to reduce manpower & increase productivity;
∎ Ensure improvement of Generator capacity by using direct cooling system;
∎ Implement Incentive system for improving productivity and reducing change over time;
∎ Any other task asgined by management.
