∎ Age at least 37 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure risk assessment for each new product development and feasible construction in the development stage for sample;
∎ Ensure handover the fall technical package to the bulk production for smooth production;
∎ Resolve on time cutting issues e.g.- Marker issue, Fabric problem;
∎ Conduct the SS review meeting with the production team in each season and identify and communicate potential quality issues;
∎ Collaborate with the quality assurance department to thoroughly analyze all customer complaints reaching consensus on improvement actions with the supplier;
∎ Providing training to suppliers on sample room standardization, product safety guidelines, fit/construction/make-up knowledge, and others;
∎ Communicating with customer technical department as well as group QA/technical manager & management for ensuring specification and take remedial action accordingly;
∎ Conducting assessments of fit, pre-production, and production samples, generating detailed technical reports for presentation to customers or buyers;
∎ Monitoring the quality alert system during inline & final inspection and take remedial action accordingly;
∎ Ensure 100% achievement on 1st time approval & on time sample delivery plan.
