∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Compliance: General HR, Employee Relation, Factory HR Administration, General Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and compile the manpower requirements and develop comprehensive strategic recruitment and retention plans to meet the plant ER need and ensure timely payment of salary, wages and other operational issues.
∎ Manage Employee Relation functions in the plant including all issues related to employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and conduct employee satisfaction survey
∎ Oversee factory general administration including facilities for employees, arrange events and meetings, manage wastage, update license and certificates to ensure regulatory compliance, seating arrangement, accommodation and other factory administrative and operational issues.
∎ Ensure employee health and safety issues through arranging and organizing of PPE for workers, medical facility, hygiene and sanitation, pest control, CCTV operations and assure fire safety at factory premises

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in managing plant HR and Admin department with at least 3 years in similar position and similar industry
