Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after knit Dyeing Operations of Lab, Batch, Finishing, and Quality to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline procedures and ensure bottom–line profitability.
∎ Adjust processes and recommend improvements in order to accommodate more efficient dyeing.
∎ Direct day–to–day operations by spearheading the implementation of short-term/mid-term/long term strategies to satisfy customer needs.
∎ Ensure daily Dyeing & Finishing Programs based on the delivery schedule of all styles & samples.
∎ Accountable for accurate shade matching & level dyeing as well as for smooth running of Laboratory, Batch preparation, dyeing, and finishing.
∎ Prepare Batch Plan & Dyeing Plan to meet the shipment deadline.
∎ Contact with buyer for wet process Lab Dip approval, Bulk Batch Shade approval, quality fabric approval and others issues.
∎ Develop the new process and technique in the production process with smooth finishing.
∎ The continuous initiative of cost saving on operating cost (fixed cost and variable cost).
