Garments, Software Company, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IT projects (Software Implementation and Automation) from all phases of the project life cycle (from beginning to end).
∎ Business process capture/re-engineering and documentation.
∎ Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
∎ Estimate project costs and manage project budget.
∎ Define and manage project plans, and team meetings, establish & develop stakeholder relationships.
∎ Monitor the progress and baselines of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
∎ Identify and engage appropriate project team members.
∎ Organize internal and external meetings, and document and follow up on important actions and decisions.
∎ Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
∎ Manage changes in project scope, prepare and or facilitate Change request process as per agreement.
∎ Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks, and manage issues to resolution.
∎ Ensure projects adhere to frameworks.
∎ Delivers project benefits successfully within scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
∎ Responsible for the delivery of the project from original concept through final implementation.
∎ Conduct regular project management review meetings.
∎ Promote the use of standard project management templates and methodology such as Project plans, issues/risk logs, status reports, etc.
∎ Drive best practices for project execution and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ PMP or Project Management certification(s) preferred.
∎ Experience Requirements: 8-10year(s) experience in the similar position
∎ The applicants should have: Excellent customer service skills, Attitude to meet the difficult deadline, the Ability to work on tight deadlines, Attentive to detail tasks.
∎ The applicants should have problem-solving skills and technical expertise in the area of software development and implementation
∎ The applicants should have exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Office, Project and Visio is must.
∎ Competency in Atlassian JIRA is preferred.
∎ Understanding on .Net, Java, Oracle and SQL is preferred
