∎ Overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal egg, feed, and fertilizer production.
∎ Coordinating production schedules across farms to maximize profits and improve workflows.Nutrition Program Management
∎ Collaborating with nutritionists to formulate proper hen diets.
∎ Coordinating with feed mills to ensure the timely delivery of required feed.Vaccination & Flock Health
∎ Ensuring the timely and effective vaccination of hens.
∎ Selecting optimal hen strains for health and productivity.
∎ Overseeing flock replacements to maintain production capacity.Consultation and Decision-Making
∎ Collaborating with professional consultants (e.g., nutritionists, benchmarking specialists) for strategic decisions.
∎ Utilizing expert advice to refine and improve management practices and operations.Keeping Up with Best Practices
∎ Staying current with industry best practices related to poultry management, animal health, nutrition, egg production, and fertilizer production.Performance Monitoring & Adjustments
