Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the complete Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions across all units of Pearl Global in Bangladesh.
Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, buyer-specific codes of conduct, and international standards.
Ensure 100% compliance with buyer quality.
Oversee in-process inspection, final inspection, and testing laboratories to achieve AQL standards and zero rejection.
Drive root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, CAPA) and reduce customer complaints & chargebacks.
Lead internal audits, process audits, supplier audits, and prepare factories for 2nd & 3rd-party audits.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, R&D, and Technical teams for on-time shipment with the highest quality.
Implement quality improvement tools.
Develop and train the QA/QC team for continuous performance improvement.
