Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, hard working and proactive employee for an Assistant Factory Manager who can work independently or with the team with relevant experience.
∎ Job Location: Nimsar, Kabila, Cumilla.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operation.
∎ Analyzing production data to indentify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision makers.
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
∎ Maintain high standards of the production line.
∎ Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
∎ Monitoring the factory operations day to day basis.
∎ Planning factory daily routines and supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
∎ Resolving any factory related issue.
∎ Preparing production schedules and reports to the Head office.
∎ Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
∎ Any other work as assigned by Management.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
∎ Have knowledge about BSCI audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years in any Footwear/Espadrilles Factory.
