Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Monitor and follow up on fabric orders to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding fabric quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
∎ Coordinate fabric procurement and ensure the availability of materials for production.
∎ Track fabric stock levels and assist with inventory management.
∎ Prepare and maintain fabric samples and swatches for client approval.
∎ Assist in fabric inspection and quality control to ensure it meets the required standards.
∎ Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
∎ Provide support for fabric-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues with suppliers and buyers.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports on fabric orders, delivery status, and stock levels.
