∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
∎ Proven experience of 4-6 years in transport management specifically in vehicle acquisition within the logistics or transportation industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of "Assistant Executive- Transport".
∎ •In-depth knowledge of vehicle types, specifications, and the automotive market.
∎ •Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills.
∎ •Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.
∎ •Keeping a good Relationship with inter department, marketing and various party to send product smoothly and solve any problem of D.O or any others.
∎ •Arranging transport vendors over the country to ensure delivery in time.
∎ •Prepare Daily Dispatch Summary. Report (it contains: Truck delivery, Bulk Carrier delivery).
∎ •Assist to ensure the proper documentation to update of vehicle's papers such as fitness certificate, tax
∎ token, registration, insurance papers and police case etc.
∎ •Load and Truck for sending product to customer site destination.
∎ •Help to fill-up monthly target for various parties.
∎ •Prepare monthly truck Register and Update.
∎ •Monitoring truck loading Point status.
∎ •Monitoring the driver activities.
∎ •Maintain daily driver's attendance report.
∎ •Monitoring & record keeping of all vehicles accidents and take necessary step.
∎ •Try to solve any problem about truck loading like as quantity type or delivery site in absence of first customer.
∎ •Monitoring bulk loading, truck loading, point and send the product in time to the customer.
∎ •Attend to weekly meeting and solve the problem with are happened and with to do.
∎ •Dealing with matters like incident and accident of vehicle in road & highway.
∎ •Other official activities.
