∎ # Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of vessels to ensure they remain seaworthy.
∎ # Recruit, train, and supervise crew members, including deckhands and engineers.
∎ # Optimize fuel consumption and operational efficiency to control costs.
∎ # Meet all regulatory requirements, including licenses, permits, and inspections.
