Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Executive – Sales & Marketing to support our field operations, dealer communications, and promotional activities. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a growing brand in the home entertainment space.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and approach potential customers (residential & commercial) to sell CATV packages.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Conduct door-to-door sales, cold calling, and follow-ups to generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide product demonstrations and explain service benefits to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage renewals and referrals.
Market Research & Reporting:
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
Provide feedback to the marketing/sales team on customer preferences.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
Coordination & Support:
Work closely with the technical team for smooth installation and service activation.
Assist in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local events.
