Education:
∎ Bachelor in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Food Technology
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring the entire production process (e.g. processing, packaging) of FMCG Complex.
∎ Ensuring proper hygiene & overall cleanliness of the production floor.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring all the quality parameters are fulfilled in every step of production.
∎ Actively work with the production team and assist them in achieving high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards of HACCP procedures.
∎ Conducting Quality analysis of incoming raw materials & packaging materials.
∎ Checking the condition of the products online by performing the Organoleptic test, Packaging Weight, Package quality, Labeling, and Coding at the time of pre-production, during production and post-production.
∎ Preparing all the reports regarding quality-related issues of the plant as and when required.
∎ Tracking, reporting and reviewing the quality performance indicators on a regular basis to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Attending customer complaints, conducting investigations to find out the root causes and recommending resolution.
∎ Implementing food safety systems that are cost-effective and efficient whilst maintaining the best quality of products.
