Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in supervising all samples and to inspect all supplies & materials.
∎ Check the condition of the products in on-line by performing the Organoleptic test, physical test, Packaging Weight, thickness at the time of pre-production, during production and post-production.
∎ To ensure plant hygiene and sanitation activities.
∎ To assist in preparing daily/weekly reports.
∎ To maintain & monitor compliance with all applicable standards of HAACP procedures.
∎ Check packing, Labeling, and coding.
∎ Ensure the treated water, soft water, raw water and ETP discharged water as well as supervise their operation process.
∎ To conduct Quality analysis of incoming raw materials & packing materials.
∎ Assist in implementing food safety system that are cost-effective and efficient whilst maintaining high quality level.
∎ Must be able to perform multi-tasks.
∎ Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
∎ Actively work with the team and to assist for achieving full/high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards.
