Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the production process of the Ruti Factory.
∎ Reducing wastage of resources, minimizing the cost of production and improving the efficiency of production.
∎ Preparing and submitting daily, weekly & monthly production and finished good stock report.
∎ Maintaining stock of raw materials, chemicals, flours and packaging materials etc. for smooth operation and ensure supply for the following days production.
∎ Setting daily/weekly/monthly production targets in coordination with department head.
∎ Keeping the record of the batch, packing quantity, and keeping record others production-related data.
∎ Supervising the workers in the packing machine, Process Machine, Date Coding Machine etc.
∎ Taking action when facing any minor electrical problem and solve any troubleshooting of machines in the coordination of the maintenance team.
∎ Checking production output according to set standards and quality.
∎ Submitting reports on performance and progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience in Bakery/ Biscuit/ Frozen Bread/ Paratha Line and supervision will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
