Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash purchases for plant requirements.
Conduct regular market visits for procurement and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely submission of bills and related documentation.
Prepare documentation for spot purchases as per plant needs.
Assist in the timely preparation and adjustment of purchase advances.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth SCM operations.
Maintain records of local purchases and ensure compliance with company policies.
