Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Technology
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all kinds of IT-related requests and provide day-to-day IT support to the users either physically or remotely
∎ Provide IT support to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, UPS, switch and other devices with official user email/ Outlook configuration
∎ Ensure installation of PCs, laptops, printers, operating systems, and other necessary software
∎ Setup and maintain the company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN networks as well as network cabling and testing
∎ Ensure MIS (Production, Inventory, and Sales) related data entry
∎ Setup, maintain and monitor CCTV camera, IP camera, DVR & NVR
∎ Ensure installation and maintenance of attendance readers and access control systems
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve system problems, network problems, hardware, and software faults
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Clear concept on various attendance devices
∎ Should knowledge of network and router
∎ Strong interpersonal & commutation skills
∎ Proactive, energetic, and responsible
∎ Hardworking and flexible
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure and meet the deadline
