    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Relevant Field

Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGD in SCM) will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and maintain all types of documentation related to material sourcing (Request for Quotation, PO, comparative statements, vendor records, etc.).

  • Ensure all procurement and inventory documents comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) for easy retrieval during audits and inspections.

  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and timely documentation.

  • Assist in the sourcing process by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.

  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals and order execution.

  • Monitor supplier documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.

  • Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and specifications.

  • Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and price comparisons among vendors.

  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce procurement costs.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipt, issuance, and transfers of materials.

  • Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation processes.

  • Update procurement and inventory data in ERP/software systems accurately.

  • Generate regular reports on stock status, procurement activities, and cost analysis.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.

  • Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments (accounts, operations, warehouse).

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and inventory processes.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required.
