Key Job Responsibilities
Technical End-user support email, web, network, hardware software, updates.
Strong knowledge of windows operating system and administration.
Setup and troubleshoot O365 applications Outlook, MS Teams, Share point, OneDrive etc.
Peripherals installation Scanners, Network Printers and other office equipment.
Support LAN/WAN office network.
Local data center network and checklist maintain.
Biometric & Facial Recognition attendance system Devices management.
Updated IT asset inventory records.
Technicals troubleshoot CCTV surveillance system.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users of varying technical expertise.
IT system-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
