Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and verify all types of distribution-related documents before the delivery of goods.
∎ Enter sales orders in the SAP system as per customer demand.
∎ Generate and provide loading advice, delivery challans, and VAT challans.
∎ Authorize loading advice, delivery challans, and VAT challans in the absence of the shift in charge.
∎ Ensure delivery through the SAP functional process.
∎ Coordinate with all departments for distribution-related tasks.
∎ Bashundhara Group - The Cement Industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Executive (Distribution) to oversee and streamline packaging and distribution operations. The role involves ensuring efficient documentation, accurate SAP data entry, and seamless coordination with various departments to meet production and delivery targets.
