Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generates loading advice, Challan, Gate Pass etc.
∎ Coordinates with various department (Transport, Sales, Dispatch) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
∎ Prepares party wise delivery report daily (Order, Delivery, Pending etc).
∎ Keeps record on list of return products and takes action as per company policy.
∎ Prepares delivery schedule and ensures timely delivery as per dealer requirement.
∎ Distributes as per sales order and check all types of related documents before delivery of goods.
∎ Ensures all types of operational activities in distribution area as a shift In-charge.
∎ Prepares any kinds of report as per departmental demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional degree in CSCM will get preference.
∎ Work experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be an added advantage
∎ Experience is SAP is preferred.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
