Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Meghna Fresh LPG Limited (MFLPG) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MFLPG is engaged in producing cylinder gas for household, private, and commercial usage. MFLPG is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance-driven team under the flagship brand named `Fresh LPG`. Currently, MFLPG is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production of LPG while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The incumbent will report to the department head for the duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper implementation of Fresh LPG unloading function as per standard checklist and maintain documentation accordingly.

  • Prepare production plan as well as manpower arrangement for distribution demand and LPG availability.

  • Monitor log sheets & schedule maintenance of LPG pumps, Compressors, Air Compressors, Generators, and other instruments to ensure proper tracking of the circumstances.

  • Supervise secured unloading and loading operation of LPG ship and road tankers.

  • Prepare mechanical instrument requisitions to prevent regular maintenance.

  • Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment, identifying potential issues, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

  • Monitor all maintenance-related activities in the LPG bottling system, firefighting system, and utility system of the plant and take corrective action if any discrepancy is found.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on production activities and submit it to the Plant manager.
