∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as a team leader, guiding and supervising maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Coordinate with team members to allocate tasks and ensure the timely completion of maintenance activities.
∎ Estimate the materials required for various steel fabrication works based on provided drawings.
∎ Oversee fabrication processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
∎ Monitor all steel fabrication works, ensuring accurate installation according to drawings.
∎ Conduct quality checks to verify compliance with specifications and drawing requirements.
∎ Supervise the installation, erection, and commissioning of flour mill and daal mill equipment.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of machinery and adherence to safety protocols during installation processes.
∎ Monitor plumbing and compressed works, providing guidance to vendors and internal teams for compliant work.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety standards and efficient execution of tasks.
∎ Liaise with mechanical vendors and erectors to optimize manpower utilization and resolve daily operational issues.
∎ Foster effective communication and collaboration with external vendors to achieve project objectives.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure prompt response to equipment breakdowns, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Plan annual spare parts consumption and submit proposals to the HOD for approval.
∎ Maintain inventory records and ensure the availability of spare parts as per maintenance requirements.
∎ Inspect all machinery in the flour and daal mills, monitoring their performance and identifying potential issues.
∎ Implement corrective measures to optimize machine performance and enhance productivity.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by the HOD and management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
