Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect preliminary drawings for the proposed project and gather necessary information from the structural Engineer, Architect and Electrical Engineer to prepare structural drawings.
∎ Gather information about the size and section of the structural member and reinforcement area from the structural Engineer and make reinforcement detailing under the guidance of the Structural Engineer.
∎ Prepare primary layout drawing, consult with architect and electrical Engineer and compile with those drawings. Prepare the final layout drawing.
∎ Prepare structural drawings of all components of the structure according to detailing and compile with architectural and electrical drawings. In case of any difficulties consult with the architect or electrical drawing and solve the issue.
∎ Gather site information such as soil condition, existing water supply system, location of the water reservoir, existing sewerage system, location of septic tank, etc. and compile with project master plan to prepare sanitary and plumbing drawings.
∎ Prepare structural work drawings, and compile with the architectural and master plan of the total complex.
∎ Check the work measurement of the completed project. Justify work measurement through submitted drawings, rough measurements and stock inventory. Also, check measurements through field visits. Prepare as built structural drawing.
∎ Site visit and interaction with site engineer to check the work and drawings to ensure the work is done according to drawing and acknowledge the supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
