Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical/ IP Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate production engineering process on daily basis to produce high quality product.
∎ Develop the process to utilize equipment and materials effectively and efficiently to maximize production.
∎ Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Identify unsafe operations and report to management immediately.
∎ Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
∎ Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
∎ Developing the most efficient ways to use men, machine, materials, information and energy to fulfill production target.
∎ Providing mechanical design, technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems.
∎ Conducting tests and collecting data about operational process and machines' capacity utilization.
∎ Investigating the equipment problems, process bottleneck, identifying causes and generating solutions.
