∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Welding Electrode
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing production target and follow up to achieve the targeted production of welding electrodes.
∎ Prepared & maintain production schedule to ensure smooth production on daily basis.
∎ Set up production lines/machine based on manpower planning and availability of materials.
∎ Assist in planning & organizing the production process for welding electrodes from raw material sourcing to final product assembly.
∎ Maintain and manage inventory of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production of welding.
∎ Meet the required quality standard in terms of their diameter, required tensile strength and other mechanical properties.
∎ Prepare different types of report such as production report, machine downtime, utilization report and raw material consumption report and submit it to supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word and Email correspondence.
∎ Communication skills
∎ Physical endurance
