∎ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
gases, Oxygen Plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared & maintain production schedule to ensure smooth production of Oxygen & other Gases on daily basis.
∎ Set up production lines/machine based on manpower planning and availability of materials.
∎ Operate compressors, fractionating columns, heat exchangers and purifying towers for extracting Oxygen and Nitrogen from air.
∎ Monitor the temperature level and air pressure in cooling tower for separating Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon gases from the liquid as per parameters.
∎ Monitor the pressure level of storage tanks to ensure smooth filling in cylinders.
∎ Assist filling man & loaders for gas refilling to ensure smooth delivery as per customers requirement.
∎ Responsible for handling cylinder by maintaining proper register & making challan with gate pass.
∎ Prepare different types of report such as production report, machine downtime, utilization report and raw material consumption report and submit it to supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Experienced candidates working at Air Separation Plant and Distributed Control System Plant are encouraged to apply
∎ Sufficient knowledge in Air Compressor, LOX Pump, Vacuum Pump and Dryer Machine
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word and Email correspondence.
∎ Communication skills
∎ Physical endurance
