∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Ability to problem solve, adoptability of quick change over, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Leadership, team work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production, planning, resource arrangement and distribution as per demand.
∎ Ensure product and process quality as required.
∎ Lead, develop and mentor the production team.
∎ Minimize overall production costs while maximizing proactivity.
∎ Improve production efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, resource and SOP.
∎ Planning and execution to ensure minimum loss of production time.
∎ Raise purchase requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are properly available.
∎ Coordinate between Planning team, Quality Control team, Maintenance team, Material Procurement and other related teams to ensure smooth production.
∎ Collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to management.
∎ Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
