∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
LPG Gas, Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of plant and other machinery as per best operation procedure.
∎ Find out the near future break down of different parts & machinery and coordinate with maintenance team to take necessary steps.
∎ Production planning as well as manpower arrangement as per distribution demand & LPG availability.
∎ Prepare daily production report, monthly plant utilization report & other official report.
∎ Roster making, work deployment & supervise the operators, casual workers etc.
∎ Supervision of secured unloading and loading operation of LPG ship and road tanker.
∎ Ensure consumable items availability by placing requisition & coordination with Supply Chain Dept.
∎ Train up the operators and casual workers to achieve multi skill in operation.
∎ Monitor and ensure neat & clean machines, equipment's and working environment.
∎ Ensure the quality of finish products.
∎ Coordination with other departments specially maintenance department regarding machine breakdown, schedule maintenance & troubleshooting etc.
∎ Maintain SAP software for regular plant operation.
