Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cambium, CISCO Router, Mikrotick Router, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience with Cisco and Mikrotik devices.
∎ Having strong knowledge's in Routing such as Static, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain different services such as Cacti, Nginx, Apache, DNS, and Firewall.
∎ Understanding to Radio devices like as cambium Ubiquity.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including router, switch, firewall, server, storage configurations.
∎ Responsible for first and second level customer support
∎ 24/7 roster duty of monitoring and customer care.
∎ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat..
∎ Handle and resolve the customer's inquiries, issue tickets in the CRM system and close tickets after resolving the issue.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
∎ Escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
∎ Professionally communicate with vendors and ISP for any troubleshooting.
∎ Good knowledge Microsoft & Linux, OS & virtualisation break fixing.
∎ Understand and debug hardware and OS, virtualisation, Microsoft & Linux and database related issues.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years

∎ CCNA will be preferable.
