Responsibilities & Context:

• Must have hands-on experience with Mikrotik, Cisco/BDCOM/Huawei switches, and multiple OLT platforms (BDCOM, VSOL, HSGQ, DBC, Corelink, etc.).

• Strong understanding of networking protocols, including BGP, OSPF, routing, switching, VLANs, and tunneling.

• Ability to configure and maintain routers, switches, OLTs, and other optical network equipment.

• Coordinate with upstream providers, NTTN, and internal teams for link or routing issues.

• Ensure network uptime and perform quick restoration during outages or maintenance.

• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving client-end issues.

• Able to communicate professionally with corporate and banking clients.

• Experience in Linux & Windows systems.

• Knowledge of NMS tools (Nagios, Zabbix), Cacti, FTP (Vsftpd), OpenVPN, and Radius servers.

• Good understanding of Cisco CLI commands.

• Familiar with WiFi router brands such as Cambium, Witek, Huawei, TP-Link, and Tenda.

• Provide technical support for reseller and retail users.

• Must be willing to work on a roster-based schedule.
