∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Proper knowledge in a particular field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate to Silo Control Room.
∎ Mize Storage (Silo) related others work.
∎ Plan appropriate methods and schedule for Installation of specific machinery, equipment, and systems.
∎ Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures.
∎ Identifying and solving engineering problems related to mechanical systems.
∎ Participating in troubleshooting and providing technical support.
∎ Effectively communicating technical information to team members and the reporting authorities.
∎ Participating in safety reviews and addressing safety concerns.
∎ Developing maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
∎ Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues to maintain and repair equipment promptly.
∎ Ensuring that equipment meets industry standards, safety regulations, and production requirements.
∎ Analyzing and optimizing the manufacturing process to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall production output.
∎ Implementing improvements to increase the quality and consistency of the feed product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skills.
∎ Should have a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self-composure in a high-pressure workplace.
