Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the quality of Equipment.
To segregate the all category billet for production purposes.
To regulate the all workers for ensuring jobs at production period.
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and make recommendations.
To communicate with proper management about production.
Assessing fuel consumption and utilize maximum consumption rate.
Any special assignment provide by the Management.
Overall supervision of schedule maintenance for on time execution and report.
To carry out all mechanical maintenance activities.
Develop sub-ordinates by imparting training to Fitter, Welder, Rigger, lathe operator & mechanical Helper (ETA).
Effective utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
Trouble shooting & fabrication of mechanical engineering and performs repairing work under close supervision.
Responsible for recording of daily shift job activities.
Involvement in mechanical modification/improvement activities in the assigned area.
To reduce the cost on mechanical maintenance activities in the assigned area.
Keep the safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
Estimate the required materials and equipment, check the requisition list, quantity & quality, stock-control properly, and report to the authority from time to time.
Ensures the maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
