Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and manage chemical processes using DCS to ensure smooth start-up and shutdown, minimizing disruptions.
∎ Operate, control, and maintain production activities to ensure quality output while adhering to safety protocols.
∎ Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve plant abnormalities to ensure continuous operations.
∎ Optimize processes in assigned areas to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor operational parameters to detect issues early and apply appropriate troubleshooting measures.
∎ Support problem-solving efforts with the production team and maintain accurate operational records, including log sheets and the operational logbook.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of chemicals used in the plant to ensure regulatory compliance and safe handling.
∎ Oversee production activities to ensure compliance with manufacturing technologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the laboratory team to conduct chemical analyses and assist in planning experiments for process validation and improvement.
∎ Conduct tests, analyses, and evaluations on material samples to generate reports that support technical decision-making.

∎ Meghna PVC Ltd. (MPVCL) and Tasnim Chemical Complex Ltd. (TCCL) are sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). These chemical units are engaged in the production of PVC/PET Resin, Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hydrochloric Acid, and Liquid Chlorine. We are currently looking for highly motivated, honest, proactive, and energetic individual for the position of Assistant Engineer/ Engineer in our Chemical Plant. The position will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations and will report to the Plant Head.
